L’appartement qui était comme sur les photos
La communication avec le personnel. Nous n’avons pas eu d’électricité ni d’eau pendant plus de 15h et le personnel n’a rien fait pour nous aider ou compenser ce dommage. Nous avions payé cet appartement pour bénéficier d’un service premium mais l’hôte ne répond même plus. C’est décevant
