The cleanness, the location, the shelter for the car specifically with snow, Access with and without stairs. Its seem recently renovated, all floors and the house appliances are nice.
The house was set a bit cold, but with the fire place its improve a lot. And lastly i wish i would get at least 4 pots of coffee as a courtesy, or to have a traditional coffee machine
