Copropriété récente, bonne isolation phonique et thermique. Terrasse avec vue montagne dégagée. Appartement confortable, très bien équipé.
Rien de fondamental. Un détail: les draps en textile synthétique étaient peu agréables en période de chaleur.

Julian’s apartment was perfect. It is situated a few minutes walk from the funicular and Lidl. It’s modern, spacious and clean. It has a proper kitchen with a full-size cooker and fridge, fully stocked with decent utensils. So cooking proper meals is easy and pleasant. There is plenty of storage for clothes and food and the shower room is modern and a good size. Good Wi-Fi a spacious balcony, which gets the morning sun and plenty of parking. Communicating with Julien was easy, he was relaxed and extremely helpful.

Barri i edifici molt tranquil, amb silenci absolut per les nits. Balcó visualment aillat dels altres balcons (=intimitat). Electrodoméstics nous i funcionant perfectament. Tot l'apartament està nou i ben cuidat. Wifi i TV funciona bé. Decoració minimalista. Vaixella complerta i nova. Calefacció a demanda. Aparcament lliure en el mateix carrer. A 10min caminant del centre de la ciutat i supermercats. Però per anar al funicular a esquiar, millor anar en cotxe (5min) i aparcar allà per 4€/dia.
Seria preferible disposar de coixins tradicionals allargats, no quadrats. Tant al dormitori com al sofà-llit del saló.
