Location, Communication. Everything really.
It's on the second floor so you'll struggle if you're with children with prams.

Excellent communication, very good sized, clean and comfortable apartment in a good location. Excellent hosts and thank you for the welcome gifts which was a nice touch. We would stay here again 😊

Location, A small, fairly intimate resort compared to its surroundings. The apartment is supposedly equipped with basic appliances, but trivial things like not enough glasses and only half of the cups (there were 2 cups and 2 coffee cups, and there were 4 of us) make a bad impression.
Parking.
The apartment requires a visit from a maintenance technician. This would not be very irritating, but despite previous comments, the same issues have not been fixed for a while. Broken balcony door, hole in the door.
