Delicious breakfasts by the pool or on the terrace in the bedroom with a sea view, what more could you want?!

Married couple, no kids and no other guests. Coming in for a short vacation on a Visa run from a nearby country. Rented a car and drove from Paphos. Stayed 4 nights here. We stayed here in what we guess is the off season, May 2025. Many other vacation homes in the area; but maybe saw as many as 5 people in a day out and about. So quiet and peaceful. The sound of the waves of the rocky beach was absolutely wonderful! So much is accessible from this spot, but definitely would recommend coming in a rental car. You can walk down to the beach for some swimming, snorkeling, or just relaxing by waves. Then you can drive 17 minutes and be high up in the serene mountains. The space itself is sure to surprise you; the house itself is surrounded by the pool on one side and a little garden on the other. If you're looking for peace, this is the place! Make sure you are aware that the property does not provide toiletries (like hand soap, shampoo, etc.) or beach towels (there are house towels, but you're not allowed to take them off the property). Recognize that you do still pay for these things at other properties that provide them; but here you just get your own choice in what you pay for. We watched the sunset every evening from different points near the Villa (see photos). Candle lit dinner on the 2nd floor porch. Never got to use the grill/brick oven, BUT you can find plenty of driftwood on your walls along the pebble beach.

We were so excited about the sound of the waves that we threw all the windows open and left them open day one. None of the windows had bug screens though... we had only a couple of mosquitoes night one, but night two we were absolutely overrun and had to close the windows and sleep with fans on us to get any sleep. Our mistake, but it was a bit sad to lose the sound of the pebble beach waves to the more every day sound of a fan. Our mosquito war was our fault, BUT having to close the windows is the only thing we can say we didn't like about this very great place!

Everything was very good. The only thing I would change would be the beds. Not very suitable for tall people. Other than that, everything was fantastic
