The beds were comfortable provided enough space. Linens were clean. Kitchen was ample. Space was nice.
We booked for 6 people but there were only 2 sets of towels and no linens for the pull out sofa bed. We couldn't access the laundry room until the day we were leaving because we got it from the other apartment. But the washing machine and dryer were full of towels and sheets. So we packed them up so we could wash our stuff.

Close to marina. Apartment clean and nicely decorated
Absolutely NO hot water in shower at all ever. I only was left 2 towels for 4 people for 4 days.
