A pleasant hotel with excellent staff. At the reception, guests can prepare tea using a selection of varieties, including coca leaves. Good breakfast selection. The hotel is located near the town square and is about a 15-minute walk from the harbor.
It's cold in the rooms.

Bett war sauber und gemütlich, das Bad war geräumig und die Dusche warm (nach 2-3 Minuten)
Wir sind im Mai hier und da kann es in Puno schon mal unter Null gehen nachts. Wenn die Zimmer dann Nachts nicht geheizt sind friert man ziemlich schnell. Die Heizung hätte 10 Soles extra pro Nacht gekostet. Selbst an der Rezeption sitzt das Personal mit dicken Jacken.
