The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable in a nice building. The area is more peaceful/residential and so therfore less chaotic than many parts of busy Casablanca. Anfa is an upmarket area with fancy eateries nearby, including a lovely brunch cafe just downstairs which is handy. The owner was very easy to communicate with by whatsapp and the "check in" consisted of getting a code for a key box, very easy
It seems the neighbourhood is either new/under development or undergoing a huge overhaul as every single footpath was dug up and out of use. This is obviously completely out of their control, but worth keeping in mind that the apartment might be better suited to those arriving by car (there is parking available), it didn't feel like the easiest place for walking, especially with a suitcase.

Super friendly, uncomplicated check in. Water, coffee and tea available. Modern and clean apartment and proximity to sea was great. Also very accommodating for a late check out. Really great service.

الراحه والامان ونظافه المكان واخلاق الموظفين قمه في الدوق وقرب الاقامه الي الكرونيش وجود انترنت wf مجانا غرفه النوم الارضيه باركه راقي
يحتاج المكان الي سخان ما اكبر وياريت يوفر دفايه كهربائيه بسبب البرد هده الايام المكيف حار وبارد مركزي لكني افضل الدفايه

الشقه جديده ونظيفه وبها انترنت وتلفزيون LG سمارت بالصاله وتلفزيون صغير بالغرفه والحمام به شطاف وقريبه للكرنيش مشي 10دقايق
انصح بالاقامه بشده وسوف احجز بها مجددا
1مواقف السيارات ضيقه تحتاج تسوب بحدر شدي اثنا ركن السياره وكل شقه لها رقم موقف قف بنفس الرقم انا اول يوم وقفت موقف غير وتم تنبيهي
2 سخان الماء صغير وقت السباحه اقتصد بالماء لنه يخلص بسرعه
