Best view la mata beach

Erstmal ist da dieser unbeschreibliche Ausblick auf den Playa de la Mata. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1 OG ist modern ausgestattet, alles ist neu renoviert. Eine große modern Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten ist vorhanden. Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit bequemer Couch (mit Meerblick) lädt zum Ausruhen ein. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC + nich ein separates WC. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit den typischen 140x200m Betten, Möglichkeiten tur Kleideraufhängung, so dass man nicht aus dem Koffer leben muss. Im EG gibt es außerhalb der Wohnung einen Freisitz mit Tisch/Stühlen und einem Kühl/Gefrierschrank. Strandstühle sund vorhanden. Eine Ausdendusche zum Sand abspülen und der Stellplatz für das Auto sind ebenfalls im Freisitz integriert und hinter einem verschlossen Tor. Alles in allem - wunderbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einzig die Treppe zur Wohnung war etwas steil, um große Koffer oder den Einkauf hochzutragen. Also für gesunde Menschen gibt es NICHTS zu bemängeln.

We stayed in this house for the second year in a row, and once again our experience was fantastic. Everything I mentioned in my previous review still fully applies. I would also like to highlight the parents of Ana (the owner). They live below the apartment and are truly wonderful people. Always kind, welcoming, and happy to have a friendly chat (with the help of Google Translate 🤓😄 as my Spanish is quite limited). Should any small issue arise, they are immediately available and quick to resolve it. They truly are exceptional hosts!

Our departure day was awful. The day before, we agreed with the hosts to leave between 2:00 and 2:30 p.m. We spoke with them three times. The last time my wife spoke with them was near midnight the night before check-out. She wanted to confirm that we were on the same page about the departure time. However, when the next guests arrived on the day of our departure, the hostess came and started screaming at us for not being ready to leave yet. It was near to 12:30. She was also very angry that we took clean bed linens from the wardrobe. Did she think we needed to use the same bed linens for a month? Well, we hadn't finished our lunch, but we left anyway. I should mention that we are a family of four with two children, and my son is only one year old. There is one more thing. The phone number listed in the property description is not Spanish, but rather a number from the Dominican Republic. My wife called to explain that we had some problems picking up the rental car at the airport and that we were now driving to the property. However, the man who answered said that he didn't know anything about the property or our check-in time. He said that something was wrong and that there was most likely a mistake in the property description. It's strange that guests can't get information by calling the phone number listed in the description. As a result, we paid more than seven euros for this international call, and we were stressed while driving to our destination.
