This accommodation was honestly one of the highlights of our holiday! The hamlet of Les Alberts is quaint and peaceful. The property is beautifully renovated, beds are comfy, and you will be made to feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. The host (Mei) is super accommodating, kind and helpful, and she will go out of her way to ensure you have a wonderful experience. Normally I don't like chatting with property hosts, but this place was an exception. Over the breakfast of local produce served by Mei, she provides recommendations about your activities for the day. We finished our final evening with a glass of wine in the top garden above the house as the sun faded. Mei told us we were the first Australians who had stayed here - we said we'd spread the word about how truly wonderful this property was!!

Nothing - the property is perfect. Very peaceful and simple French village ambience. The location is ideal for exploring and not far from Briancon by car (Briancon itself was crazy busy for the August holiday period).

Een heerlijk ontbijt en sympathieke gastvrouw. De prachtige Alpen. Mooie wandelingen zijn er op korte afstand te maken. Een smaakvol ingericht appartement.

Er waren bosbranden op 20 km. afstand. Zijn 1 dag eerder naar huis vertrokken. De wind draaide. I.p.v. dennengeur, die van verbrand hout. Zo jammer van die prachtige natuur.
