Die Wohnung war relativ neu renoviert worden, geräumig und gut aufgeteilt.
Die Ausstattung war schon sehr mangelhaft und unsauber. Geschirrspüler nicht ausgeräumt. Backofen innen völlig verdreckt und nicht zu benutzen.Zu wenig Geschirr und Gläser Kaffeemaschine verdreckt znd eklig Regendusche funktioniert nicht, tropft nur eiskalt von oben. Handtuchheizkörper sollte auch im Sommer funktionieren.
