It’s a young guy who launch this, it’s his first time you see that he is sometimes a little bit lost but you can encourage him and give him some feedback about your stay and what miss

All wooden floors, high quality furniture. Spent many happy hours sitting on the balcony watching the scenery.
Shoddy installation, fixtures falling off or don't work, roof leaking in several places, all in stark contrast to the very expensive building and furniture. TV without any signal, no WiFi. Far away from any shop or warung.
