Great place close to Placencia

Wonderful location with a spacious patio offering ocean view. The condo is roomy, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. The landscaping is meticulously maintained, adding to the charm. We loved having easy access to both the ocean and the pool, as well as being just a 5-minute walk from excellent restaurants like Dolce Vita, Turtle, and Mariposa. The property is conveniently located—only a 5-minute golf cart ride to Placencia and 15 minutes to Maya Beach. The serene atmosphere was a delight, providing a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. The WiFi and air conditioning worked well making our stay comfortable. This is definitely a destination we’d return to!

Few more towels and glass would have been nice.

extremely relaxing. the grounds are beautiful, rent a golf cart and enjoy!

Zun and Brittney were in contact with us during our day of travel. they met us at the airport and helped get our luggage to the room and settled in. They were also very helpful in booking excursions!

that La Dolce Vita was closed for renovations, but there are plenty of great reasturants on the Island

A friendly place to stay in a very friendly country!!

The best thing was the service provided by the concierge, Zun. The condo was super large, had beautiful porches, was very nicely finished and super comfortable. Location was superb! The restaurant next-door at Mariposa was top-notch!

We will be back to Los Porticos because of the location. and it was quiet.

Waking up to the ocean view every morning was breath taking. My husband fell asleep most nights out on the patio couch because the night ocean breeze was relaxing. The location was 8 minutes away from the village and the beach.

The property management came off as if they were a concierge service so I was under the impression they were on site based off of our communication via email and WhatsApp before arriving to Placencia. Responses from our hostess were short and non responsive. There were many essentials that we needed but items were locked up because it's an owner rental and the property management didn't think smarter on how a stay should feel for people renting a villa. I worked in property management, it should feel 99% like the home I just left. The Villa's had no pavement from where we parked to roll our luggage to our villas so that was difficult as we arrived at night. I had to find a ground's keeper to assist me with our bags because of the pavement issues. He was helpful and got a wheel barrel to bring our luggage to the vehicle.

Very spacious, beautiful location. Apartment is luxurious, but you need your own transport to get anywhere, as it is a fair bit outside of town.
