L'accueil de la propriétaire a été très sympatique même si nous ne parlions pas la même langue et les petites attentions à l'arrivée très appréciées. La livraison du pain tous les matins et la possibilité de se servir de boissons fraîches dans le frigo en mettant l'argent dans un bocal. Le studio était grand et confortable avec de bons lits. La terrasse donnant sur la piscine et les transats pour s'installer confortablement même si en février la piscine est froide ! Les 2 chats qui venaient toujours nous dire bonjour

We liked the location close to the town of Agiumes and convenient for motoring around Gran Canaria. We liked that the small compex had a pool, despite it being too cold for us to use it in January! And we appreciated Diana showing us round and explaining thngs to us.

Perhaps it was a little cold at times in the evening.

Pleasant location on edge of Aguimes town. Good views. Everything is supplied for a comfortable self catering stay, all modern utilities. A friendly cat, Garfield, also welcomes visitors😺Host Diana is also friendly and helpful. All in all, a pretty decent place to stay nicely away from the crowds of the South if that's your preference.

If you seek total peace, this may not be perfect. You will have next door neighbours and concrete structures do transmit noise, so it's pot luck who you get next door. It all depends on one's tolerance levels. There's a 100 metre walk to the parking spots, so bear that in mind if you struggle, although the host will allow you to drop off luggage closer if needs be. The pool is small and not heated.
