There was an issue with the door upon arrival took about 25 minutes to get it open. Each time coming back took at least 10 to 15 minutes to open which was very inconvenient with a screaming tired toddler. Maintenance came the next day however we were told an outside vendor needed to be contacted for the issue so for the entire stay we had trouble however we did finally figure out a trick with the door that helped us get it open quicker. Also very inconvenient that only 1 car can park under the building the others must park down the hill by the office which is not a very well lit area. One of the bedrooms not sure what it was near that caused the bed to feel as if it were vibrating at times made me feel nauseous. Luggage carts were very hard to secure finally just took all the luggage by hand not sure how many they have but perhaps need a couple more that or people were just keeping them for extended periods.

Location was awesome

The refrigerator wasn’t cold so my milk was warm my food in the freezer melted because the freezer did not freeze so therefore my foods thawed out completely. The inside pool was very small and crowded with people who did not know how to act. There were not enough wash cloths and towels for a family of 9.
