Peaceful lakehouse on deep water cove, firepit, tiki bar

Perfect lake weekend at Pasture Gate Lodge! The dock is huge, the kayaks/canoe were a fun bonus, and the game room firepit made for great evenings. The house was clean, spacious, and check-in was a breeze with the keypad. Anna was a responsive, easy host. Peaceful spot, but still close to restaurants if you need them. Will absolutely book again, highly recommend!

Loved everything about it! Highly recommend to other families.

Fantastic house and location! The house was set up perfectly for our group of two families. We had plenty of space and we thoroughly enjoyed the backyard/patio and dock. Anna was a great host - very accommodating and communicative. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a waterfront home on Lake Gaston.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this lake house! The property is beautifully maintained and truly has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The dock was a highlight—we spent hours enjoying the water, soaking up the sun, and taking in the peaceful views. Inside, the house was spotless, and super comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked, so if you love to cook like us, you have everything you need. An extra perk was the game room in the detached garage—it was perfect for late-night fun without disturbing anyone who wanted to turn in early. Whether you're looking to unwind or have some fun on the lake, this place is ideal. Anna, the homeowner, was fantastic—so easy to communicate with and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Whether you're looking to unwind or have some fun on the lake, this place is ideal. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!
