Cozy apartment in the renovated dependance within the property of the historic nineteenth-century Villa Lucini with a private fenced and fully accessible park, located within the Regional Park of Montevecchia e Valle del Curone.

The apartment is located in the context of Villa Lucini with a panoramic terrace on top of the hill, a viewpoint in front of the church of San Sebastiano and Rocco, berceau, fountains, ancient trees and internal paths, guaranteeing spectacular views.
The traditional Lombard farmhouse was built at the end of the eighteenth century and preceded the construction of the main villa, the whole is completed by the adjacent church of San Sebastiano and Rocco in an architectural complex built by a noble Milanese family at the time of the so-called "residences of delight ”, which alongside the idleness of the Lords accompanied the industrious work of the peasants devoted to them.
We are 35' from Milan, 30 km from Como, Lecco, Bergamo, near the Adda river and the Monza Park (Villa Reale and GP Formula 1). The train station is 15' by walk.
A stock tank pool (Ø 2.4m) made in USA is available for the guest and it can host eight adult!
Pretty safe for children because only 60 cm height, they love a shallow pool in which to cool off. Then when the lights go down, your spouse or partner and maybe some adult friends can join you for a lighthearted evening sipping beer, enjoying the moon and stars, and hanging out.
The pool and the relaxation area with table and chairs can be reserved in advance for 2-hour slots per day (starting at 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20) at no extra cost.
Villa Lucini is located at the foot of Monte di Brianza (also known as San Genesio), next to the natural Molgora stream and many picturesque paths.
In 15' you can reach the Sartirana nature reserve, the Leonardo da Vinci ferry and the thermal baths of Monticello.
The house has been recently renovated preserving its antique look along with technologically advanced details. We provide satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine (in the common area), dryer and iron, portable air conditioning.
We speak English and Italian.
The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, a smaller room with a sofa that can be opened in a "Queen Bed” (140x200 cm), a living area, a full kitchen with a dining table for 6 and a bathroom with tub / shower. It can accommodate up to four people.

We had a lovely stay in Binh’s property. She took every opportunity to make us feel welcome, answer our questions and ensure everything was as good as it could be. The property is in a lovely location and it’s well provided, although it took us a moment to realise the local church bells were actually a speaker!

Villa Lucini 1886 is an oasis with a large garden to enjoy. Our party of 4 adults stayed in the cottage, not the actual Villa. If you have a large party, Villa is the way to go. The cottage was a little snug for 4 adults - would have been better for a family with kids.
The property is super charming. It felt like a place that would be in a movie. We didn't venture out into the neighborhood much as it was relaxing just being in the villa. Even the church bells and the rooster that crowed at all hours added to the experience.
Hoping to return with a larger party so we can stay in the Villa next time!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this historical villa! The host went above and beyond to help us out after our plane was redirected to Verona due to bad weather. When we finally reached our destination, it exceeded our expectations. The villa was historic, pristine, well-equipped, and meticulously maintained.
My husband and I took walks to nearby villages for morning espresso and croissants, enjoying the beautiful scenery all around. This experience made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect blend of history and comfort.
