About this apartment rental
This is two bedroom condo located at Sunday River Skiway Resort. Come and experience being on the mountain. Once you get here you can park your car and relax for the whole time you are here. Ski-in Ski-out be right at the resort. This condo is in the building closest to the pool building. North Peak offers one of the best outdoor heated pools. Rental ski locker located in the lower level of the building. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

The condo unit was great and had everything we needed for a great stay. My only compliant is a bad experience sharing the pool with other guests. We have stayed at North Peak many times and this had never happened before. There were some young adults drinking excessively, vaping, swearing, making out, jumping dangerously, etc. while we were using the pool. These guests seemed unconcerned about doing this around the many young children in the pool and the experience was uncomfortable. Some families left the pool. They left their drink cans scattered around the pool deck. In the evenings there doesn’t seem to be anyone present to make sure people are following the pool rules and making sure it is a safe and comfortable space for all of the guests who are paying to be there.

We loved our stay at this condo! It was perfect for our family including our 7 month old. We enjoyed being ski in / ski out.
