About this house rental
Come stay at a quiet neighborhood that we have chosen to raise our family in! Due to family reasons, we are currently living in Japan, but plan on moving back one day. In the meantime, we are renting it out for others to also enjoy a nice relaxing stay while travelling in the Socal area.
Our home is conveniently located southwest of downtown Los Angeles, and only a 20 min taxi ride from LAX. It is a relatively safe neighborhood, where I often took my kids for walks around the block in the afternoon. There is a super market and 7-11 within walking distance (8 min).
You can also enjoy a leisurely walk down to Alondra park to enjoy the view. Be sure to also check out the Splash Pad and skate park when you are there. If you are a golf fanatic, the Alondra Golf course is a 18 hole par 3 course which is right next to the park.
If you need to go out further, there's also easy access to public transport. To get on the Metro, it is a 5 min walk to the bus station, 15 min ride on the bus to get to the Metro Crenshaw Station. The Metro can take you up to Hollywood for some sightseeing or out to Santa Monica to enjoy a stroll along the beach.
Our home is a cozy house with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The kitchen has all the essentials to cook a meal at home. In the living room we have a 55" smart TV with Netflix. There is also a table for you to setup your mobile workstation. 300Mbps internet connection connected to Linksys Velop Mesh routers provide fast internet anywhere in the house.
My brother is helping us manage the property and will be in the detached garage in the backyard and available to take care of any issues you might have.

Nice little cozy house placed in a decent area. Many food spots and gas stations around the area which made it easy for us after a day long festival. Tatami room was so cool, very good and decently priced visit. Accommodating host, book with them asap

Very good location in Gardena. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in and great communication with David. Convenient parking in the driveway. House is comfortable and beds are more than ok. Some piece of furniture may need a bit of maintenance and the shower head be more modern but overall I'd recommend the house for a short stay in LA.

The host was very communicative and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with the basics. It could’ve been a little cleaner, we did notice some dirt spots on walls/ dishes that needed to be washed, but definitely recommend if you need a stay in the LA area!
