Jerry was a wonderful host, and his rental was exactly what I needed during my trip to Tampa to help my daughter move out of University of Tampa for the summer. He kindly accommodated an early check-in and late check-out, which made my trip so much easier. The rental was quiet, relaxing, and conveniently located just minutes from the bay and campus. Perfect for parents visiting their students!

Jerry was an absolutely amazing host. The property was beautiful and very clean. We love the Hyde Park area so it was a perfect place to stay and be able to walk to shops and restaurants. I travel to Tampa often for work and look forward to staying here again!
