Built in 2022, this modernly furnished vacation apartment on the 2nd floor measures approximately 68 square meters and is easily accessible by elevator. The combined living and dining area features stylish furnishings and can accommodate 2 people. The living area features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen smart TV. You’re sure to enjoy preparing meals in the open, well-equipped kitchen. Amenities such as an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker are at your disposal.
In the living-sleeping area, which can be darkened, you can enjoy a good night’s sleep in a high-quality box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). The spacious shower room with its own sauna promises a spa-like experience and provides warmth and relaxation, especially during the cooler months. The furnished rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to spend many wonderful hours on vacation. This outdoor parking space is designed for cars without bike racks, and the rack should always be removed; otherwise, it unfortunately becomes very cramped for pedestrians or other cars trying to park if the rack is left in place. Parking is particularly difficult in the area around the traffic island. Bicycles you bring with you can be parked directly in front of the building entrance.
