15 bedrooms, 13 and 1 half bathrooms, large house for your big group to enjoy. 10 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 4 bedrooms with Jack-n-Jill bathrooms between them. 2 private pools to enjoy sunny Florida all day .All rooms with smart TV and cable. Game rooms. Only 10 minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from Universal and Orange County Convention Center. Great place for large groups, family reunion, business trips or retreat. This is two houses next to each other.

The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and overflow parking down the road. This house features a game rooms in garages but there is lots of parking on the street as well.
** BBQ GRILL/VACATION GEAR We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements

The Property had enough spaces and the rooms were big enough for everyone. It accommodated everybody that came up. The kitchen was clean. The rooms was clean. The outdoors was clean. Just amazing

The only issue we had was the WiFi not working, but that was quickly resolved. Also, it was difficult to notice that it was 2 separate houses. Both homes are beautiful and are right next to each other. I brought 25 people and the setup was perfect. It's a very quiet neighborhood and very close to everything. The communication with the host was superb. I'd definitely come back.

It was really awesome. It was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. There was a couple problems with our boys house like one of the beds was broken and some other minor things but the owner was in touch with us and we kept them updated so it was overall really awesome
