About this house rental
A sweet little getaway in the heart of Little Rock’s South Main district. Walk out the door and you are just steps away from all of your favorite shops and restaurants. This beautiful space has all the modern charm with a touch of whimsy, including vaulted ceilings, cozy nooks, and tons of natural light.
The space.
Just two blocks off of Main Street, the Cumberland House was thoughtfully designed and created with hosting guests in mind. This beautiful loft provides a relaxing place to unwind, or to get out and discover all of our favorite spots.
In addition to the relaxing space, the loft comes with:
- High-speed WiFi and streaming access are complimentary
- The kitchen is stocked with brand new appliances and complimentary snacks and water.
- The master bedroom is complete with a luxurious memory foam mattress and premium linens
- Just added a bonus bed to the nook in the Living Room to give it a cozy A-frame feel
- The backyard features outdoor seating with twinkle lights.
Other things to note
A clean home is very important to us. We follow guidelines for covid-safe cleaning and use a professional cleaning service between every visit. Basic cleaning supplies are available for you to use during your stay.
** PLEASE NOTE** The guest suite is on the entire 2nd floor of the property, which includes a separate entrance.
Every guest (even visitors) over 5 people will incur a $25/person charge per night. There are security cameras at the entrance, and you will be charged. No parties or events larger than the number of registered guests are allowed in the space. Quiet time after 11 pm.
Pets are not allowed. Guests who violate this policy will have their reservation canceled on the spot, and be charged a $125 fee.
NOTE: Laundry use offered for extended stays upon approval.
