Stayed here for 35 days, location was great. Close to fabulous beaches, Sunday market and restaurants. Our host Sue was nice and had good recommendations. Would stay here again.

Sue, the owner was very good to work with. The one bedroom 1 bath is in a great location within walking distance to many bars & restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. The only negative, is no washer & dryer.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to Corey avenue, short walk to St Pete beach. Great communication with the host.
