Gause Landing! Private house rental. Magnificent home located on the Intracoastal Waterway at Ocean Isle Beach (Mainland side). Bring your family and make memories at one of the most special places on the Carolina coast. Spend the week or weekend being lazy among the massive oak trees, the changing tides and the beautiful sunsets. You have found it, slice of heaven. The Mazelle Porch has been in our family for over 25 years and oh the memories we have made and now we want to share this awesome retreat with your family. Main floor, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, kitchen, large living room, sunroom, porches!!! Up to 4 people. This is a private rental. No one else in house or on property. This is just a way to stay at this perfect spot as a smaller group.

Our family was overdue for some quiet time. We plan on comming back during off season for a longer stay. This home has a soul. It feels like you are in an historic period with modern amenities. 2 night stay was not long enough. Many thanks to the owners for sharing the most beautiful place I have ever stayed.

The Mazelle Porch Main Level was like visual candy for us. Watching the boats go by, watching the tide go in and out, sitting on the porch, and watching the birds. It was a good reset for us, and our dog enjoyed all this as well. We were close to food and groceries, and close to two incredible beaches.More than we expected.Paul, Deb & Zoey
