About this villa rental
We rent our single-story villa, accommodating 6 to 7 people, fully air-conditioned with a private pool, in the southern Ardèche region, near the gorges and rivers. Enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the mountains, countryside, and lush green surroundings. Numerous activities and entertainment options are available (canoeing, climbing, cycling, horseback riding, hiking, exploring medieval villages, caves (Chauvet), night markets, etc.).
Weekly or fortnightly rentals, Saturday to Saturday only.

3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed; 1 with two single beds + a comfortable sofa bed with a 2.00 x 1.40 m mattress topper in a separate room with a curtain.
1 bathroom, 1 WC.
Open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar leading to the living room, fully equipped with all necessary appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave.
Living room: television, iPod docking station, Wi-Fi internet access, fireplace
A garage with a storage room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and a second fridge/freezer
Terrace seating 7 people: Private enclosed garden of 1900m², poolside relaxation area, barbecue (plancha grill), garage. Private parking. 4 bicycles available. Completely private swimming pool. Children's play area. Swing. Ping-pong table (Cornilleau). Pets allowed (1 dog, 20kg maximum). Accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The swimming pool was really nice, a good temperature with comfortable poolside furniture. Thanks to the high hedge, it felt quite sheltered from the main road next to the house. The house was clean but lacking in character and very dated so we tried to spend most of our day outside. The outside dining terrace was pleasant. Be aware that you are required to bring your own bed linen, which is not typical practice for English people. Some general information on wifi access, bins and local interest would be helpful.
