Pen Bont Home Farm in Upper Chapel, Powys, sleeps nine guests in four bedrooms.
This property has four bedrooms with Smart TVs, including two zip/link super-king-sizes, a twin with an en-suite shower room, and a family room with a king-size, a day bed with trundle and en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. There is also a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove, a study, and an external games room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, AGA cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and coffee maker and for entertainment, there are seven Smart TVs, WiFi, table tennis, pool table, table football, and a selection of books. Fuel, power, unlimited wood for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and a travel cot, two highchairs and stairgates available. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, gas barbecue and children's play area. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. A recent addition to the games room is found in the adjacent milking shed. This has a Northamptopnshire Skittles table, a 10 ft long Shuffleboard table and a Ring the Bull game.
