Home is very PRIVATE and QUIET, surrounded by mature trees. Deer and turkeys can be seen on the backyard almost daily.

BABIES: full size wooden crib, pack-n-play, high chair, etc are available upon request.
Please note: house is not baby proof, you would need to bring outlet covers, baby gates, etc.
KIDS: find a variety of TOYS in the lower level br closet - guests love it.
PETS: are allowed on case by case basis. Please message the breed/size. No dangerous breeds.

* Pet fee is $100 per animal per stay. Must be approved prior to visit - no dangerous breeds/weight limit.
* No shoes - original hardwood floors. Please do not rearrange/drag the furniture.
* No parties - quiet family dinner is fine, just let us know please.
* Rental Agreement must be signed and Government issued ID with a selfie provided at least 48 hrs prior to move in. Email address must be provided to receive an e-signature request.
* All guests must be over the age of 25 unless a part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
* No street parking - Garage/driveway only.
*The guest amount on the reservation should match the number of guests spending time at the house, not just sleeping.
* Quiet hours 9 pm - 9 am: especially outdoor. Please be respectful to our neighbors.
* If police is dispatched to the property, guest must pay $500 fine and vacate the property immediately.
* Please respect the home as if it was your own and clean up after
yourself.
* Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund.

We went for a work trip and there were only 4 of us, so it was a great space for our Team to have as home base while working. There was enough space and amenities for a week-long trip!

Such an ideal place for quiet and beauty. We watched the leaves change everyday. Great house to entertain guests. People came by to be with one another. The adult kids found the space perfect for games. My granddaughter loved the large spaces for showing us her dance routine. ❤️

Lake Minnetonka is a much-desired Minnesota vacation destination and Wayzata is the prime location for a stay. This beautiful and spacious home fully lives up to its advertising and was the perfect spot for our extended family retreat. We had a glorious time - both children and adults. In addition, the host was very gracious and responded quickly to our questions and minor issues. I think that the price for this property is a bargain given the desirable location. I recommend it without hesitation.

This location had great space for our group of 11 adults and 5 children to unwind and spend time together. The kitchen became a bit cramped at first; however, using the second kitchen located in the basement helped us prepare larger amounts of food comfortably and quickly!
Our group had a phenomenal time and would love to visit this location again. Thank you!
