Fantastic play to stay outside of Cooperstown! Was able to grill, enjoy the lake, and the place was clean. Recommend for families of 12u baseball families wanting to be away from everything

The place was nice but I don’t knowIf I’d go as far as to say it is “upscale.” The heat was not working and on the first night it got down to 40 degrees. The host quickly had it repaired and it was working by the third day. The furnishings were simple but efficient. The place was lacking in basic necessities such as dishwasher soap, detergent, basic spices such as salt and pepper, and kitchen towels. The host boasts great fishing but basic supplies to enjoy it are not provided. Traveling as a family of 5 with extra gear for baseball I did not have room to pack these essentials. At this price and with a week minimum stay I would expect these basics to be provided. I spent an extra couple of hundred dollars on these items and had to leave them. I would stay again but would pack the extras that aren’t provided.

A very nice place to stay with beautiful views of the lake. The unit was very well kept and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were able to use the kayaks and SUP which made a world of difference as the scenery was stunning! My boy’s were able to fish off the dock (bait store nearby). We were there during the 4th of July week and we were able to watch a boat parade and nighttime fireworks on the pier. Communication was great and we would 100% stay here again.
