When it’s time to hit the theme parks, you’re around 13 miles away.

Start the day with some coffee on the shady lanai while the kids play in the pool, then step inside to make breakfast when everyone gets hungry. The bright and open, one-level floor plan is ideal for reconnecting with family and friends. In the sleek kitchen, you’ll find a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, and there’s room for everyone at mealtime between the island barstools, kitchen table, and dining table around the corner.

Spend the day at the parks, then send the kids to the game room for some air hockey, pool, or foosball while you unwind in the central AC. More entertainment options include free WiFi and seven TVs. Five well-appointed bedrooms await when you get sleepy, including two primary bedrooms with en suite baths. The ideal family vacation awaits - all that’s left to do is book.

*The pool and spas do not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of may-sept for $32 / day. Please let us know 3 days in advance for pool heat

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
