This spacious home is perfect for large groups and family reunions to create unforgettable memories.
Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. You'll love the contemporary decor and the open, airy atmosphere, making you feel right at home. Invite yourself in to start your vacation by relaxing on the plush furniture, carrying on a great conversation, or streaming a movie on the large TV in the living area. Hobby chefs will love creating culinary charms in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a lovely formal dining table. Find the epitome of comfort in the main suite, which boasts a spacious room, a TV for private viewing, and a luxurious en suite bathroom boasting a tiled walk-in shower. In the garage, indulge in some friendly competition with basketball, ping pong, and cornhole. In the loft, enjoy some shuffleboard and two classic arcade games.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

"Very beautiful house. Close to Zion and good location for north Grand Canyon and Bryce. Pool is very packed and freezing but still enjoyable for the kids."
