What a lovely place! Perfect location to visit Asheville and Brevard, but quiet for slowing down after a busy day. The host was wonderful and very communicative. Definitely on our list for when we visit the area again.

Location, check-in and interaction with property mgr was great. Several things caused us concern. None of which are major. All were either resolved while we were there or can be with follow up.
1.)The pictures on line, painted a different picture from what we found.
2.) The cabin was dusty, appearing there had been quite an elapsed time since previous cleaning.
3.) The yard was unkept, leaves we expected but not acorns that had to be over a year old.
4.) The water going to the ice maker appeared to be turned off. We had to use the ice trays.
5.) We found the TV, upstairs bedroom over the dining area, had broken legs. It works fine, just wouldn't stand alone.
6.) The main floor bathroom window was difficult to operate.
7.) A few of the electrical switches were upside down.
8.) The property mgr (Alisha), and the handyman (Patrick) were great to work with in resolving several other issues.
9.) When we arrived the house water pressure was abysmal. Alisha called to let me know it has been resolved. Great job Alisha!
