Very big house with lots of room and space for large family/group. Yard is not very big but had room for bbq and sitting/relaxing out back Home has plenty of beds/bedrooms. We stayed with coaches, players, and parents of our youth baseball team while in Utah for a tournament. Very central location with access to highway and several nearby amenities. Host (Susan) was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay!

Along with four great days of 15 of us together, we had a Sunday dinner crowd of about 25 -- all seated together. The dining area is large enough to combine all the tables from both kitchens so that all 25 sat and ate together. The host was very helpful, kind, and accommodating, and everyone was comfortable even though the weather was extra warm.

This place was an excellent location for our annual family reunion. Lots of space, and games and activities for the kids. The layout was conducive to our needs, and was a very family friendly atmosphere.

The house was great for our family. It had plenty of space for everyone, a convenient location, and a great layout for a large group.Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet our expectations. Many areas were dusty, the floors felt dirty despite the no-shoes policy, and the carpets could use a deep cleaning. The toilets had visible urine stains, the reusable bathroom rugs (especially around the toilet) didn’t feel very hygienic, and the kitchen had used sponges instead of fresh ones for new guests. Overall, it seemed like the home had been surface cleaned but not thoroughly deep cleaned. With so much carpeting, decorative pillows, and stuffed animals, regular deep cleaning seems especially important.We also had a serious safety concern with the backyard swing set. It did not appear to be securely anchored to the ground. While our younger children were swinging, the entire swing set lifted up, and two adults had to hold it down so the kids could swing safely. This should be addressed before future guests use it.With better attention to cleanliness and the swing set being properly secured, this would easily be a five-star stay
