About this house rental
Welcome! 413 Tarpon has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, a large well-equipped kitchen with bar seating for 6, dining table seating for 10 and seating for 6 more at the large table on the screened-in porch. The main and upstairs levels have hardwood flooring. There are 4 king beds, 1 queen size bed, one day bed with a trundle (located in upstairs loft area off the master suite) and two day bed loungers (located in the basement bedroom in addition to the King sized bed). The home sleeps up to 14. The front of the house has an elevated porch with rocking chairs. The master bedroom has a spacious bathroom with his and hers vanities. There is a private bar area adjoining the master suite with private deck to the front facing ocean. To the rear of the home on the master level, a large sun deck provides the master bedroom with two chaise lounges and a circular outdoor tanning sofa. A spiral staircase off the master bar area leads up to the rooftop deck for viewing the ocean, sunrises, sunsets and brilliant observations at night for star gazers. The master bedroom has a 60" flatscreen, the main level has an 80" flatscreen, terrace level has a 52" flatscreen. All the rooms in the home have ceiling fans. There is ample parking via a 3 car garage and large driveway. The backyard is large enough for a volleyball court and has a seawall. The private dock allows canal and ocean access via boat launched from floating pier head. Beach access #24 has no steps and is directly across the street. The beach and ocean are only 100’ from the front door. Fishing and crabbing at the dock on the tidal canal is convenient with a cleaning station and night lighting for late night fishermen. ***2024 Season Updates: We just installed two brand new, stackable washer/dryer units in the laundry room to better accommodate large parties. Entire interior house just freshly painted. Also, we just finished rebuilding the canal dock with Trex decking.***

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, the new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards. (Club amenity cards needed for guests 13 years and older. Children under 13 do not require a card.)

This house is so welcoming for a large party. The screened in porch is great for being together. We loved the new dock to the canal. The bikes were great.

We had the perfect stay! The weather was great. Proximity to the beach and canal is perfect for families. The house is laid out really nicely to accomodate mulitple families staying together. Kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary cooking pots/pans/utensils. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, kayaks and beach toys! Overall a great stay, we will definitely be back!

Every aspect of this property was perfect - literal steps from the beach and less of a walk than many true beachfront homes. House is spacious with perfect layout for large group, awesome furnishings, well equipped kitchen, etc. Amanda was a fantastic host and communicated quickly! We will be back!
