About this apartment rental

Summary:
Welcome to the Mid-Century Manor in the heart of Seminole Heights. Walk just a few blocks to many of the hotspots that The Foodie District of Tampa has to offer! Situated just 5-10 min north of Downtown, the Manor is just off highway 275 and I4 which makes for easy commute to anywhere that you’re trying to go in Tampa Bay.

The Space:
This 2 bed, 1 bath home sits on the second floor and provides an outdoor covered patio/balcony. Inside, the home has original hardwood floors from the 1920s, gorgeous original wood paneling throughout, tons of original built ins and many other features that give this historic home a lot of charm. You’ll love the proximity to everything! Walk to plenty of things, and easy access to everything else by car!

Guest Access:
Plenty of parking and an staircase leads to your private balcony and unshared apartment!

The Neighborhood:
Seminole Heights is our up and coming Foodie hotspot. Tons of fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, bars, breweries, etc. most of which are walking distance or a short Uber ride away! Downtown is 5-10 min away. Airport-15min. Beaches-15-40min (depending on the beach). Busch gardens-10min. Moffitt-10 min.

Getting Around:
Walkable to many spots, but a car is still suggested. Uber is very reasonable and readily available!

Other Things to Note:
While many places are walkable in Seminole Heights, Tampa in general is a car-centric city. So I’d recommend renting a car or preparing to Uber while you’re in town if you plan to see the majority of the city.

Interaction with Guests:
We can be as interactive or socially distant as you want! Self check in, but we’re available 24/7! Communicate with us through the messenger!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here at this VRBO. We were visiting our friends at USF and the location of this place being near the highway was very convenient. Place was overall clean, some doors and windows would not lock which was our only concern, but overall we did not have any problems during our stay! Would recommend!!

We loved staying at this property! My teenage kids and I stayed here for a concert weekend and it was the perfect location for a show at Raymond James Stadium. This was a perfect little place for the three of us and the communication from the management was extremely informative, responsive, and helpful! We enjoyed visiting the Dalí Museum and the Columbia restaurant during our weekend. Thank you for sharing this space with us!

This was my second time staying here. It’s close to the highway, making it easy to get around. Love the mid century modern vibes. Needs some updates and it could have been cleaner but over all was a great place to stay.

Convenient to Amalie which was what we wanted. Furnishings were nice, liked the layout of the apartment. I realize the apartment is older and we couldn't close one of the bedroom doors completely there were a few cosmetic things; like towel rack in bath was coming off the wall, couldn't easily open and close the drawers on the chest of drawers in one of the bedrooms, in that same room the bed was very uncomfortable. Did not like that we could not lock the back door in the kitchen, it didn't even latch tight, we put something heavy in front of it to feel a little safer. Bath tub needs a mat in it the finish was peeling didn't feel comfortable stepping in and out of the shower. Property backed up to the interstate and it was very noisy, did not sleep well at all the two nights we were there.
