During our recent trip to Vail, we stayed at The Atrium at 12 Vail Rd and absolutely loved it. The place was spacious, comfortable, and had a really high-end feel that made it easy to settle in and enjoy.
One of my favorite parts was the master bedroom—it had a beautiful fireplace and a cozy seating area where we’d relax in the mornings before heading out to the slopes. The kitchen was fully equipped and made it easy to cook dinner on the nights we didn’t feel like going out, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The location couldn’t have been better. Being right in Vail Village, we were just a short walk from restaurants, shops, and the mountain. Everything we needed was close by, which made our stay even more convenient.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and I’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Vail. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located place with great amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The space was clean, spacious, and had a warm, upscale feel. The master bedroom had a fireplace and a small seating area, which made for a relaxing spot in the mornings before heading out.The kitchen was well stocked and worked great for nights we stayed in to cook. The location was also a big plus—right in Vail Village, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and access to the mountain.Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay during our ski trip.

The location is excellent, but several issues existed.The check-in codes weeent correct.The entrance instructions are difficult to find which doors to go in.The master bedroom headboard was heavy wood and literally fell forward and pushed the bed frame onto me. It should have been secured. Wooden floors are slippery.A ceiling light in the master bedroom this morning sent shooting sparks down from the ceiling when I turned on the lights switch- fire hazard. Must be bad wiring.The decor is very dated. They beat part of the place was the kitchen.Also, I was told the loft was another place that someone could stay,on the couch, but the person who check us in said nobody is supposed to use it. It is dangerous to climb up and down. The entrance hallway looked more like a utility closet.I was surprised, because for 20,000 for the stay, I expected real luxury. Nice reconsider, and it is beyond me why they don’t have a jacuzzi on that deck. These are the basics for luxury.Also, the gym location was far, even though the spa is nice, but we were told to present the passes and we could access the whole times. The facility itself seemed confused and confiscated our passes.We wouldn’t stay here again. Too expensive for what we received.
