About this house rental

Newly renovated home in quiet cul-de-sac 19 minutes from downtown. Each bedroom has a bathroom and walk in closet. Master bedroom has a California King and second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. We have a roll in bed in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used for the 5th and 6th guest.

Only guests are permitted. No extra visitors, parties or events. Violations may result in cancellation without refund. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Security Ring doorbell and backyard floodlight cameras for safety.

The check-in process was super easy. The home's interior is simply gorgeous and it's evident a lot of love and attention was put into it's design.
