Laureles is the main touristic district of Medellin and with its great restaurants, shops and cafes is the perfect place to begin your Colombian adventure, you won't regret it.
Getting Around:
We recommend using UBER to move around.

These units, located globally, emphasize consistent quality, thoughtful design, a focus on education, and a commitment to sustainability. Additionally, common areas are available and can be accessed by arranging with the front desk.
In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:
- Names of each guest
- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)
- Estimated time of arrival Check-in time: 3pm Check-out time: 11am No smoking.
No parties.
Visits are not allowed and the indicated capacity must not be exceeded.
Please note that pets are not allowed.
If you are traveling with your pet, please expect additional charges.
- The rooftop is now available and can be used normally.

Overall i really enjoyed the stay at the place. Great location and access to many restaurants in Laureles. The reception and communication with the team helpful as I had issue with hot water. Word of advice is to have some guidebook or notes to work certain things in apartment. Other than those small things, 5 stars!
