Unique Greek style villa of 500 m2 with infinity pool in Costa Adeje. Stunning sea views. A very special place to enjoy the sunsets with the island of La Gomera in the background.
Located in a very quiet residential area just a few minutes from all amenities, restaurants, supermarkets, nightlife and beaches.
The exterior areas are on two levels. The main level is where the main outdoor area that borders the house is located, and is made up of the porch with the outdoor lounge, the infinity pool with the sunbathing area and the outdoor dining table. On the lower level there is also a sunbathing area and a patio with a Greek boat converted into a bench. A very quiet place to read.
The villa Itaca has 3 levels.
The ground floor has access to the swimming pool and to one of the gardens. In the interior area we find a living room with sofas in front of a large window with sea view and an olive tree that presides over the space within an inner courtyard.
