Welcome to a place in the countryside. Here you live in a completely renovated (2022) basement apartment where your entire stay will be comfortable. You have parking next door, its own patio with barbecue and a lawn with play frame and toys of just over 800 sqm. This is a place for those who both want to be comfortable and want to spend the money on exploring and experiencing beautiful Skåne. Also perfect if you want to take a weekend! Downstairs you have the entrance where you have good space to hang off your outerwear and put away your shoes. The kitchen you have next to and it is a practical and nice kitchen with all its amenities such as fridge / freezer, stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker among other things. The house's bathroom is large and is also renovated with today's high standards such as underfloor heating, which warms well on the colder days of the holiday. You also have a washing machine, which makes your stay even more comfortable. There is also a shower, washbasin, toilet. The large living room houses a dining area, "living room" with sofa bed and "bedroom" with double bed. It is divided into sections and has a pleasant layout that allows you to have your private time if you wish. The double bed that fits at the far end of the room is easily screened off with curtains. What distinguishes this accommodation a little extra is its location, not only the striking views and the total silence that can occur here but also that there is a game smokehouse in the yard. If you come during the game season, you have the opportunity to buy yourself something really good from here. This is a place for those who want to get away from stress and big city life, where tranquility is in focus. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderups strandbad and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very famous Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also take a visit to the Old Bakery – Örnahusen, Fredrik at Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ales stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children, there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Sommarland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes.
