About this house rental
Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants, shopping and not to far away from the Beach. Home has everything even fishing from the dock overlooking the canal. This home is immaculate. Convection oven inside and grill for barbequing on the Lanai. This beautiful home has everything thing you will need to enjoy your stay.

House was very clean, loved the heated pool. We loved doing the puzzles in the evening outside at the table by the pool. Loved the canal to see all the turtles, ducks and birds. House was ready when we arrived and the owner was communicating when we had a questions. Would stay again!

We stayed here for a long weekend with the family. The home is brand new as described and was very clean. It had all of the amenities you need and the pool was nice for the kids to use. The owner (Tina) was easy to deal with and was easily accessible if we needed anything. If you are looking for a nice home to rent in the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area, this should be at the top of the list!
