Are you a GOLFER? Only a few miles from the Robert Trent SILVER LAKES course.....We are your COMFORTABLE and centrally located home in Jacksonville, AL,
Comfortable to live in, equipped to cook in, and easy to enjoy. You will be within blocks of JSU in a quiet neighborhood. Live like you are home! Easy self-check in using your unique code.
Your well-equipped kitchen, back deck with dining table/chairs and umbrella, and park-style grill make meal prep easy. You'll be close to nice restaurants within walking distance if you prefer. You can relax in about 970 sq. feet of lovely, well-prepared comfortable living space.
You can park four cars in your private driveway. Enjoy the 240, 50 amp EV charger if you drive an EV. Don't forget to bring your charging cords.
The front bedroom has a comfortable KING bed, side tables, white noise machines, charging ports for your electronics, and individual reading lights. The second bedroom has two twin XLT beds, side tables, white noise machines, charging ports for your electronics, and individual reading lights. Beds can convert to a full King if desired. Just ask us, and it will be ready for you. You have shades, room-darkening curtains, and a tabletop fan in your BR's.
Enjoy the 65-inch smart TV for those games while you sit on the leather couch relaxing in the recliners. Enjoy comfortable chairs and a large coffee table perfect for tabletop games.
Enjoy your well-equipped kitchen! Prepare hot beverages using your carafe or pod coffee maker. Teapot for hot water, too. Cook an entire meal or microwave a quick lunch. Your dishwasher makes cleanup easy for you.
Enjoy an easy bike to the famous Chief Ladiga trail. Since the home is at the top of a hill, the bike ride is downhill! We have a building nearby where your bicycles can be stored and locked up by arrangement (not an amenity.) You'll need to let us know BEFORE you arrive so it's ready for your bicycles.
Your home is in ALABAMA, so we have bugs, lizards, deer, spiders, possums, and sometimes coyotes that you may see. The weather can be perfect or hot and humid. The home is within a few feet of the city water tower, so our water pressure may be high or at the state minimum. No pets, no smoking or vaping inside the home. There are steps both front and back. The owner has a private locked closet in the hallway. The owner lives in town if there is an emergency. You will be living in the RIGHT side of the duplex.
Your checkout is easy. Please take out your trash if you think of it and lock the door. Very easy stuff, right?
