The apartment is centrally located in the popular Oasis de Capistrano neighborhood in Nerja, 50 km east of Málaga. (45 min by car or bus)
The apartment is a charming, completely renovated, and very spacious 1-bedroom apartment measuring 55 square meters, built to a high standard and accommodating a total of 2+1 people. It features a brand-new kitchen with high-quality materials and plenty of space to prepare delicious meals; the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The kitchen appliances are also brand-new and modern. The living room features a sofa and a modern TV with multiple channels; from the living room, you have direct access to the terrace.
The bathroom has been renovated with light, elegant finishes and features a large, spacious shower. There is also a washer/dryer combo in a built-in cabinet.
The terrace faces south, is covered by a roof, and offers a lovely view of the pool and the fantastic garden with palm trees and flowers. The terrace features a large dining table and two lounge chairs for relaxing and taking a nap. The best part of the day is usually having breakfast on the terrace while looking out over the garden.
Oasis de Capistrano, where the apartment is located, features a magnificent, beautiful tropical garden that keeps many guests coming back year after year.
Nerja is an authentic and charming town with fantastic views of the mountains and the sea. It offers everything from great food and culture to small, hidden beaches and cozy mountain villages. Nerja is a town with an incredible number of restaurants. Here you’ll find everything from typical small tapas and wine bars to Indian and Asian cuisine at very reasonable prices. The area offers beautiful natural scenery where you can hike, bike, climb, dive, and more. Nerja is also just 1.5 hours from the Sierra Nevada ski resort. There are also excellent golf courses nearby.

The property and grounds were wonderful, gorgeous flowers and vegetation and very peaceful. Took full advantage of the salt water pool which we loved. We enjoyed the walk to and from Burriana beach via the path beside the old viaduct, ate most of our meals there and liked Bruxelles restaurant. A bit further of a trot to the Balcon de Europa, but doable. Lots of steps but kept us in shape. Skipped renting bikes as not sure we wanted to bike along the N340 but saw lots of cyclists. Perhaps a bit much for one 80 year old and one 79 year old. Supermarket 10 minutes walk, great stay

Very clean comfortable and well equipped property. Great position on Capistrano Oasis with a ten minute walk to a large supermarket. Lovely sized terrace.

Exceptionally clean. Pools were great! FYI bring your own pool towels. Comfortable bed, pillows, excellent terrace! A very beautiful unit in a great location. Highly recommend!
