About this house rental
This classic log home located in Telluride Mountain Village on a private, tree-covered lot offering tremendous, unobstructed views of the San Sophia Ridge to its north. The home sits on a ridge high above the dedicated open space of the Telluride valley and the San Miguel River. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate media/TV room make this a great comfortable rental property. Only a minute away from the Chondola and Lift No. 10 for easy resort access and just across Adams Ranch Road from the golf course, it's also convenient to the amenities of the Village Core and the historic Town of Telluride. Rather bike? The Meadows bike trail is easily accessed below the residence. This is a wonderful mountain property!
As you enter the residence it has an open floor plan with mountain views, allowing for welcoming conversations throughout the kitchen, dining and living area. The gas fireplace makes the living space warm and cozy and the TV room located directly off the living room makes it super convenient for the whole family. The kitchen is efficient and well equipped with a gas stove and oven. The spacious deck off of the living space overlooks the valley floor and Sneffels mountain range. The TV room has a couch/bed option for one adult or two small kids and a powder room. The bedrooms upstairs include a king en suite with full bath, queen bedroom and a dual twin bedroom with full bathroom outside the door with a step-in shower. The washer and dryer are located off of the kitchen and garage area and is spacious and seconds as a mud room.
The two-car garage is located on the ground level and has secure parking for two vehicles along with ample storage for ski and outdoor equipment. For skiing, hiking and biking trails are easily accessed and out the door as well as all activities offered throughout Telluride and Mountain Village. Ski access is a one minute drive to the base of Chondola (Lift 1) and Sunshine Express (Lift 10)..
Three FREE seasonal transportation services offered throughout Mountain Village, make getting around convenient and hassle-free for everyone without the worry of driving conditions, parking or choosing a designated driver. 1) Chondola “hybrid ski lift/gondola car” for skiers or non-skiers which allows you to ride inside a gondola car to the heart of Mountain Village then you can decide to walk around or ride the Gondola down into the town of Telluride or take the Mountain Village Gondola to Town Hall Plaza showcasing Mountain Village Market , Coffee Shop or Town Hall. 2) Dial-A-Ride is a call away, and they will take you anywhere in Mountain Village. 3) Local Bus Shuttle Service (summer only)stops at bus stop across from the driveway entrance and stops at the Town Hall Plaza with additional stops throughout Mountain Village, all of which access the core of Mountain Village and the free Gondola to the Town of Telluride.

We had a wonderful time ringing in the New Year in Telluride. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the peaceful, secluded setting. The cabin itself was beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.
The interiors were warm and cozy, with a spacious living area featuring a beautiful stone fireplace that made the cold winter evenings feel inviting. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals after a day of outdoor adventures. The large windows allowed us to enjoy the breathtaking scenery from almost every room, and we were able to take in the incredible view from the wraparound deck. One of the highlights of our stay was the location. The cabin is situated just outside Telluride, providing a perfect balance of seclusion while still being close enough to enjoy everything Telluride offers. We had easy access to skiing, and downtown was just a short drive away for dining and shopping. The property was well-maintained, and we were impressed by the thoughtful touches provided by the hosts, from local recommendations to ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The quiet, serene environment was perfect for unwinding but offered plenty of opportunities for adventure and play. This cabin is a true gem if you're looking for a cozy, luxurious getaway surrounded by natural beauty. We are left with unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return in the future!

Very easy checkin and checkout process. Property was very nice and mountain village is fantastic. No complaints, lots of space inside the house, but lots of privacy from neighbors as well.

Good location with easy access to Mountain Village, Downtown Telluride, hiking trails, and Last Dollar Road. House listing was a little deceiving as it appeared there was more room. The guest was VERY SMALL. And with two bedrooms sharing the space made it difficult at times. We were also not provided with a garage door opener which made juggling the key (and the lock box) inconvenient for 6 adults. Loved the fireplace. The outside space is WONDERFUL! Truly enjoyed our time on the deck and in the pergola. Recommend screens on the windows so that critters do not come in while enjoying the mountain air.

My husband and I decided to stay here as it was our honeymoon and we loved the idea of staying in a log home with a fireplace. The beds were very comfortable, the record player with Charlie Brown Christmas was played every night, the kitchen was easy and nice to cook in, and the shower/bath were a luxury for sure! The house was not only incredible to stay in, but the location was PERFECT! It was 5 minutes away from the gondola to take into town, or it was only a 15 minute drive into town. The view was absolutely gorgeous, and the places you could sit outside to take it all in was a huge bonus. The owner was very easy to get in contact with the one time we needed some help. Would definitely stay here again
