Only booked this place because it is super close to the hotel but from lobby to hotel building is very far. They provide buggy service

It is location good. Room Size is reasonable but arrangement is bad. I ask a fruit knife. They don't have one. I need to pay deposit for borrow a breakfast knife.

Hotel was nice … but I had to manage my own bags to room since hotel room is in a different building then the front desk. Also if you need to call there is no phones in room and they don’t respond to WhatsApp messages and emails take a day. They also charge for arranging a taxi which is unreal - easy to get your own using grab or bolt. I also requested late check out the night before and the clerk said it was a 1,000TB. I politely declined and the next morning asked another clerk and it was approved for $0.00
