The staff was attentive and kind, particularly Emmanuel the pool boy who offered to teach my children to swim and helped my kids build a sand castle
The location: first it is not beachfront property as advertised. Access to the beach was treacherous and beach was full of seaweed.
There is also a lot of construction going on around it.
The bathroom design did not allow the bathroom doors to open all the way.
The floor tile was slippery especially with children coming from the pool.
The pool was extremely small but the kids loved it.
No options for duvets were given.
Towels were not available nor issued correctly. We ended up sharing the available ones. No soap other than hand wash.
