La proximité des commerces et de St Pierre . Le,parking sous terrain.
Cette résidence n’était pas une résidence vacances . Nombreux chats qui traînent dans la résidence . Pas possible de manger sur la terrasse ou même prendre un verre car de mauvais odeurs dues aux chats errants . La literie et notamment les alaises que ce soit celle du lit ou oreillers étaient sales .
