The Pink House in Southwold

The house comfortably accommodated the twelve of us. The kitchen is extremely well kitted out, spacious, easy to use and attractive to spend time in. Bed linen was lovely. Closeness to the beach was a huge enormous plus.

The few niggles we had with a bath leak and mould on the door seals of the washing machine were attended to immediately by the excellent Stay in Suffolk team. Some of the pillows are a little hard and lumpy.

The location was brilliant. and space in the house easily accommodated multi generational holiday. The lounge area was very comfortable for a large group.It was easy to park (though rude pre printed card left on car unnecessarily as legally parked!)The quirky art work and decor added interest.Great selection of DVD's etc.Very nice touch of Prosecco gift on arrival.Utility room a real bonus.

Musty smell emanating from downstairs unventilated loo.Kitchen clean on the surface but crockery and utensils not entirely clean. Outdoor area needs attention not attractive seating area.A good clean and minor attention would make it more pleasant.Given the £300 cleaning fee would expect these issues not to arise.Handwash and Harpic in each bathroom would be helpful.

Nothing. It was excellent. Tiny feedback in that it would be useful to have a power supply near beds

This is a beautiful house spacious , very comfortable , well equipped kitchen ,although freezer ( a small table top freezer provided)and dishwasher broken .Bedrooms were v comfortable the bed linen was lovely . We had a super weekend in the house and Southwold . The beach hut was greatly enjoyed by all especially as weather was hot .

Soap not provided in 3/4 bathrooms . The impression beach hut was included in price and it was not included. The property is managed by Stay in Suffolk. The company were v pleasant to talk to but a little slow on responding to queries .
