Location, 1 block from friends. The pool.
That the pool being heated wasn’t included in the cost, which I don’t recall seeing written anywhere until the 2nd day I was in the house. It was too cold to use the first week other than just wetting my legs. That was very disappointing. The electric in the house needs checked out. Lights flicker a lot. Little fan I was using in bedroom changes speed and sound as it’s running. The microwave changes sounds as it’s running. And it doesn’t heat things as it should. LED issues perhaps? I had that at my house.
