I’ve stayed in a few of these gowrie apartments & this was definitely one of the better ones. The ground floor was so pretty compared to a balcony & I LOVED that the owners had supplies like washing liquid, oil, salt & pepper, paper towels - just small things that make a huge difference
No aircon in summer or winter would be an issue

Close to the beach, nice size living area for the kids to play and perfect grass area out the back door.
When we arrive the showers were covered in mold, every single utensil and dish had to be washed prior to using as they were all extremely dirty, the place was covered in dirt and dust
